MEDIA COMPETENCE WEB SOLUTIONS LICENSING
This End User License Agreement is a binding legal agreement between you and MEDIA COMPETENCE WEB SOLUTIONS. Purchase, installation or use of MEDIA COMPETENCE WEB SOLUTIONS Extensions provided on arrange2drive.com signifies that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms outlined below.
MEDIA COMPETENCE WEB SOLUTIONS GPL LICENSING
All Joomla Extensions produced by MEDIA COMPETENCE WEB SOLUTIONS, including Arrange2Drive (since Arrange2Drive version 3.2) are released under the GNU General Public License, version 2 (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.html). Specifically, the PHP code portions are distributed under the GPL license. If not otherwise stated, all images, manuals, cascading style sheets, and included JavaScript are NOT GPL, and are released under the MEDIA COMPETENCE WEB SOLUTIONS Proprietary Use License v1.0 (See below) unless specifically authorized by MEDIA COMPETENCE WEB SOLUTIONS. Elements of the extensions released under this proprietary license may not be redistributed or repackaged for use other than those allowed by the Terms of Service.
MEDIA COMPETENCE WEB SOLUTIONS PROPRIETARY USE LICENSE (v1.0)
The MEDIA COMPETENCE WEB SOLUTIONS Proprietary Use License covers any images, cascading stylesheets, manuals and JavaScript files in any extensions produced and/or distributed by MEDIA COMPETENCE WEB SOLUTIONS. These files are copyrighted by MEDIA COMPETENCE WEB SOLUTIONS, including Arrange2Drive and cannot be redistributed in any form without prior consent from MEDIA COMPETENCE WEB SOLUTIONS
USAGE TERMS
You are allowed to use the extension on more than one domain, however we provide support only for the domain you've registered with us, for the length of your subscription. We currently offer only one subscription plan: 6 months. However we will be offering other subscription plans in the future.
Our support will check that you have an active license before it allows you ask a question/read forum answers and documentation.
You are allowed to make any changes to the code, however modified code will not be supported by us.
License renewals: we offer the ability to renew your license for a up to 55% discount of a new license price.
To make use of the renew license discount listed above, you must renew your license during an active license period. The renewd license will automatically start after ending the old one. No time will be wasted!
MODIFICATION OF EXTENSIONS PRODUCED BY MEDIA COMPETENCE WEB SOLUTIONS
You are authorized to make any modification(s) to MEDIA COMPETENCE WEB SOLUTIONS extension PHP code. However, if you change any PHP code and it breaks functionality, support may not be available to you.
In accordance with the MEDIA COMPETENCE WEB SOLUTIONS Proprietary Use License v1.0, you may not release any proprietary files (modified or otherwise) under the GPL license. The terms of this license and the GPL v2 prohibit the removal of the copyright information from any file.
